After a good posing session this weekend and an impromptu shoulder, bicep and triceps session yesterday, I got back in the gym today for split leg training. It’s new program day, and I’m feeling it already. I have a goal of making some good progress with my fat loss and muscle augmentation in the next 3o days. With essentially 2 months to go and a lot of work to do I am trying to focus each day to be as consistent with my meal prep and timing as possible, giving my best in the gym and staying on the plan.
That means tightening the diet even more this week and restricting calories a bit to drop the body fat. I’ll post my readings and update photos next week (around 50 days out) in the mean time, here’s the first half of my program today:
AM Leg’s session:
A1. Barbell back squat 9 sets 4-8 reps
B1. Sissy squat 4 sets 8 reps
B2. Gorsha split squat 4 sets 8 reps
B3. Leg press 4 sets 8 reps
B4. Leg extension 4 sets 8 reps
