About to do the first of two sessions today  – Back training today.

A1 Bent over barbell row 5×5 40×0 into

A2 sup grip chin 5×5 4040 tempo

B1 single arm dumbbell row 4×8 4010

B2 Incline cable row 4×8 4040

B3 Pronated grip chin 4xAMRAP

Should be 40-45 min – and “back” at it tonight 😉
