Day 99: Leg session

Took yesterday as an off day – was just exhausted and was due for one – getting back to my normal training schedule after labor day but still trying to crank and make as much progress as possible this week. 32 sets – 60 min.

Today I trained legs:

A1 BB Back Squat 5×5

A1 Glute Ham Raise 5×6

B1 Romanian DL 4X6

B2 Leg press 4×6 (4040 tempo)

B3 Toe press 4×8

I’ll be in the car driving tonight and wont have time to get my second session – which was scheduled to be drop sets and strongman so I added a c1-c2. Still kept the session to 60 min but it did torch my legs.
