Recipe! Dry Rub no. 9

Here is a quick little recipe that will spice up any food prep. I like to use this rub when I grill pork chops, chicken thighs and chicken breast. Easy to make and store and use and will help to break up the monotony of food prep. Being consistent with food doesn’t mean it needs to be boring.

Dry Rub no. 9

·3/4 cup chili powder

· 1/4 cup garlic powder

· 2 tablespoons ground thyme

· 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper

· 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice

· 1 teaspoon all spice spice

Spread liberally (Al Franken style) on your meat – then add espresso, salt and pepper if you like – gives it a great kick.
